Behavior defines results. To guide clients on their journey to self-awareness and the development of new leadership behaviors, we rely on assessments developed by the Management Research Group (MRG) since 2002.
Diane has a Certificate in the Foundations of Neuroscience from the Neuroleadership Institute in 2014 which informs her coaching methodology.
Diane is an accredited teacher by the International Enneagram Association and on the faculty for Integrative Enneagram Solutions. Diane's deep commitment to the transformative power of the Enneagram has driven her to seek knowledge through intensive studies including teachings from Helen Palmer, Seekers after Truth (SAT 1), 27 Subtypes by Beatrice Chestnut, Uranio Paies, presenting at and attending several global Enneagram conferences, Into the Wounded Heart by Ingrid Hurwitz, and others. The Enneagram offers deep insight into how motivations, emotions, and biology drive behavior.
To facilitate expansion of a leader's thinking capacity, Diane has an accreditation in several vertical development assessments.
Diane is an avid yoga practitioner and student of mindfulness practices. Ring Results focuses on mindfulness and the power of breath as an essential component for creating transformational change.
Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC). Certified and trained in numerous assessments including Myers Briggs, DiSC, Management Resources Group, and Lominger 360-degree behavioral leadership assessments.

Diane Ring has been an executive coach since 1996 helping leaders access their inner potential and obtain peak performance. Her coaching, core values, and practices uphold the standards of the International Coaching Federation. Diane earned a BS in Employment Relations and Psychology from Michigan State University.
Diane’s proudest accomplishment and greatest joy is her family. As a global family living in Canada, the US, and Germany, traveling together tops the list, whether hiking mountains or simply cooking together. For fun, you can find Diane in a yoga studio or on a pickle ball court.
